Dean Lorey (b. November 7, 1967) is a Hollywood screenwriter. He wrote the three books in the Nightmare Academy trilogy; Monster Hunters, Monster Madness, and Monster War, respectively.
Currently, Lorey lives in Calabasas, California with his wife Elizabeth and their children Chris and Alex.
